Peak Performance Contracting is veteran-owned and based out of Morgantown, WV. Here at PPC we value Honesty, Trust, and Quality. We strive to provide you with top notch service, and we will treat your home as our own. We currently service Morgantown in the surrounding areas, but we have hopes to expand. As we value a work/home balance, the majority of our work will be completed in the summer months with smaller projects round year. We hope we can turn your dream into reality.

Our Owner

Peak Performance Contracting was started by Logan Moran at the beginning of 2025. Though the business is new, Logan's work in the contracting and building industry began long before. His passion for building began with woodworking where he learned how to put his niche for planning and perfectionism to good use. Logan is a father and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently working in the local union where he is furthering his knowledge in the trades. Logan prides himself in his ability to never give up, and his work with PPC will be no different. He will be a trustworthy contractor who goes to great lengths to make each project excellent.
